The Master’s golf day was held at Tandridge Golf Club on the course created by the celebrated golf architect Harry Colt. It is set among mature woodland with spectacular views of the Surrey North Downs and the Kent and Sussex countryside. On this fine sunny day, at the end of June, 28 Feltmakers in teams of four pitted their skills against this interesting and at times challenging course.

We then enjoyed an excellent supper in the Tudor-style clubhouse.

The winner of the individual stableford competition was Past Master Peter Cobb. The team competition was won by the Master’s wife’s team, Carolyn Phillips, Joy Sampson,David Thorntonand Peter Stowers.
